Before you light it
Everything people ask us before their first order.
How long does one grill last?
About 10 minutes to reach cooking heat, then 60–90 minutes of steady grilling — enough for 2–4 people. The XL is four times the size, feeds 6–8 and burns longer.
Do I need charcoal or lighter fluid?
No. The instant-light charcoal and the lighter sheet are already inside the tray. You only need one match or a lighter.
Where can I use it safely?
Outdoors, on any flat, non-flammable surface: sand, stone, concrete, or our steel stand. The base gets hot — don't put it directly on plastic tables or wood without the stand, and keep it away from children.
How do I throw it away?
Let it cool completely (30–45 minutes), or pour a little water over the coals if you're in a hurry, then bin the whole tray. Nothing to scrub.
How does delivery and payment work?
We deliver across Egypt in 1–3 business days and you pay cash on delivery. Delivery is LE 60 for most areas.
